The founder of the Agency is Nikolay Mulenko who has got 30 years of the experience in shipping and managing. His partner is Genadij Cerednicenko who has got more than 25 years of the shipping experience. The safety officer is captain Aleksandr Golobokin, with 25 years of shipping experience.

In our database we have highly experienced seafarers, both officers and ratings. We guarantee competitive crew costs and high standards of qualification of our seamen, all of them with STCW'78/95 certificates.

BAKENA Agency has established the partnership with ship owners and crewing agencies in Norway, U.K., Poland, Italy , Portugal. There are long terms agreements available for recruiting and employment of Lithuanian seafarers for those companies.

The daily flights to London, Copenhagen, Frankfurt am - Main from Vilnius airport ensure connection with various destinations worldwide in short time.
